1. Розрахунки проводяться шляхом безготівкових розрахунків у національній валюті України за реквізитами Постачальника визначеними у цьому договорі, за наявності бюджетних призначень.
2.Замовник зобов'язаний провести розрахунки протягом 30 (тридцяти) банківських днів з моменту підписання накладної.
3.У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування, розрахунки за Договором здійснюються протягом 5 банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетного призначення на свій реєстраційний рахунок
4.Джерело фінансування закупівлі - кошти місцевого бюджету.
