Description:

Відповідно до Постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 23.04.2014р. № 117 та належним чином оформленого рішення головного розпорядника бюджетних коштів Замовник може прийняти рішення щодо надання Виконавцю на строк не більше 1 (одного) місяця авансу (але не пізніше кінця поточного бюджетного року) на придбання матеріалів, конструкцій, виробів в сумі, що не перевищує 30 (тридцяти) відсотків від суми бюджетних зобов'язань поточного року на підставі наданих рахунків - фактур. Виконавець зобов'язується використати одержаний аванс на придбання необхідних для надання Послуг матеріалів, конструкцій, виробів та протягом 1 (одного) місяця з моменту отримання авансу виконати належним чином обсяг закупівель та надати Замовнику підтверджуючі документи (Акт по формі КБ-2В та Довідку по формі КБ-3) на суму сплаченого авансу, а Замовник зобов'язується їх прийняти встановленим порядком. При закінченні місячного терміну невикористані суми авансу повертаються Замовнику з урахуванням індексу інфляції
