1) Протягом 10 робочих днів після підписання уповноваженими особами сторін акта про приймання-передавання Товару (партії Товару); або (вибрати один із варіантів) 2) - перший платіж (попередня оплата у розмірі _____ % (але не більше 50% від загальної вартості договору) перераховується протягом 10 робочих днів після надання Постачальником банківської гарантії, що має включати зобов'язання банку-гаранту гарантувати повернення попередньої оплати у разі невиконання Постачальником своїх зобов'язань стосовно здійснення поставки за цим договором. Така гарантія має бути чинною протягом терміну поставки Товару і має покривати (бути видана) на суму попередньої оплати. - другий платіж з урахуванням сплаченого авансу Замовник сплачує Постачальнику протягом 10 робочих днів після підписання уповноваженими особами сторін акта про приймання-передавання Товару (партії Товару).

Учасник ПП “ГЕН-ПРЕСС” не відповідає кваліфікаційним критеріям, встановленим умовам тендерної документації, а саме: – ПП “ГЕН-ПРЕСС” заповнив довідку про виконання аналогічних договорів не у відповідності до форми Додатку № 4 до тендерної документації. У Замовника вказана назва колонки «Сума за договором», Учасник вказав назву колонки «Сума за договором (за бажанням)» і не вказав сум за договорами поставки, які вказані у наданій довідці, що є обов’язковим для заповнення і не відповідає вимогам пункту 1.1.1. Додатку № 2 до тендерної документації. – ПП “ГЕН-ПРЕСС” вказав 4 договори виконання у довідці про виконання аналогічних договорів, а надав лише 1 документ, що підтверджує факт виконання лише одного договору, який зазначений у довідці, а необхідно на кожен договір надати відповідний підтверджуючий документ виконання договору (лист-відгук/рекомендаційний лист* від Замовника або видаткова накладна, або акт приймання-передачі товару, або інший документ, що підтверджує виконання аналогічного договору), що не відповідає вимогам пункту 1.1.1. Додатку № 2 до тендерної документації. – ПП “ГЕН-ПРЕСС” надав довідку про виконання аналогічних договорів у форматі Word, яка не завірена підписом уповноваженої особи та відбитком печатки (у разі її використання) і не відповідає вимогам пункту 1.1.1. Додатку № 2 до тендерної документації.
