Description:

Розрахунки проводяться шляхом попередньої оплати для початку робіт у 2019 році, яка здійснюється на підставі пункту 1 підпункту 3 Постанови КМУ від 23.04.2014 р. № 117 у розмірі 70% від загальної вартості робіт у сумі: 102 695,68 грн. (Сто дві тисячі шістсот дев’яносто п’ять грн. 68 коп.) Підрядник зобов’язується строком не пізніше тримісячного терміну з моменту отримання попередньої оплати, невикористану попередню оплату в цілому або частково, повернути Замовнику. Підрядник звітом підтверджує використання попередньої оплати згідно з актами форми №КБ-2в (форма 2), №КБ-3 (форма 3) про використання коштів за призначенням. По закінченню встановленого терміну невикористана сума попередньої оплати повертається Замовнику.
