Замовник до початку виконання робіт при наявності бюджетних коштів протягом 30 робочих днів з моменту підписання договору перераховує на розрахунковий рахунок Підрядника аванс у розмірі 30% від вартості річного обсягу робіт на придбання необхідних для виконання робіт будівельних та паливно-мастильних матеріалів. Щомісячні розрахунки за виконані роботи здійснюються при надходженні коштів з відповідного бюджету на зазначені цілі, в межах наявного фінансового ресурсу на єдиному казначейському рахунку протягом 30 календарних днів та на підставі пред’явлених форм КБ-3 «Довідка про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт та витрати», КБ-2в «Акт приймання виконаних будівельних робіт». Джерело фінансування закупівлі - кошти державного бюджету України.
