Description:

Джерело фінансування:кошти міського бюджету. Розрахунки проводяться шляхом оплати Замовником після підписання Сторонами акту наданих послуг. Розрахунки між Сторонами здійснюються безготівковим шляхом на поточний рахунок вказаний Виконавцем.30% від ціни Договору (п.3.1 Розділу III «Ціна договору») оплачується співвласниками житлових квартир та нежитлових приміщень житлового будинку 77 на вул.Поліщука, як дольова участь у співфінансуванні наданні послуг згідно ухвали сесії Львівської міської ради від 04.04.2019 року №4821 «Про затвердження Програми підтримки співвласників багатоквартирних будинків, що списані з балансу Львівських комунальних підприємств, у проведенні невідкладного ремонту, капітального ремонту, реконструкції ремонтно-реставраційних робіт спільного майна у багатоквартирних будинках у м.Львові на 2019-2020 роки», на закупівлю матеріалів шляхом укладання окремого договору (між уповноваженою особою від співвласників будинку та Виконавцем надання послуг).
