Оплата за виконані роботи здійснюється Замовником шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на поточний рахунок Підрядника після підписання сторонами довідки про вартість виконаних робіт за формою КБ-3, складену на підставі актів виконаних будівельних робіт за формою КБ-2В протягом 45 банківських днів. Підрядник складає акти виконаних робіт у відповідності до визначеного в пункті 1 договору коду згідно ДКПП. Оплата за поставлене обладнання здійснюється Замовником шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на поточний рахунок Підрядника за кожну партію обладнання згідно з видатковою накладною на цю партію протягом 45 банківських днів з дати поставки. Датою поставки партії обладнання є дата накладної.
