Description:

Бюджетні фінансові зобов'язання за Договором виникають у разі наявності та в межах виділених бюджетних асигнувань та фактично отриманих бюджетних коштів, а оплата здійснюється в межах фактичного надходження бюджетних коштів. Факт надходження грошових коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Замовника є моментом настання строку виконання зобов’язання за даним договором в розумінні п. 2 ч. 1 ст. 530 ЦК України, при умові наявності підписаних сторонами ф. КБ-2в і ф.КБ-3, складених у відповідності з положенням чинного ДСТУ Б Д.1.1-1 2013 (зі змінами та поправками), СОУ 42.1-37641918-085:2018 та підписаних уповноваженими представниками сторін. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування не з вини Замовника, оплата за надані послуги здійснюється протягом 5 (п’яти) банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетного фінансування на свій реєстраційний рахунок. Джерело фінансування - бюджетні кошти.
