Description:

4.1. Розрахунки по даному Договору проводяться у відповідності до законодавства України у сфері бюджетного фінансування в межах та за рахунок коштів, наданих для фінансування предмету Договору шляхом: - попередньої оплати, що надається Підряднику Замовником на підставі Постанови КМУ №117 від 23 квітня 2014 року «Про здійснення попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти» на строк не більше трьох місяців в межах 30% від вартості обсягу робіт, які Підрядник зобов’язаний виконати протягом поточного бюджетного періоду. Використання попередньої оплати Підрядник повинен підтвердити Актами здачі приймання виконаних робіт (форма №КБ-2в, форма №КБ-3). Надану попередню оплату Підрядник зобов’язаний використати в зазначений термін. Невикористані в зазначений термін кошти повертаються Замовнику. - поетапної оплати за виконані роботи, що проводиться Замовником щомісяця протягом 7 (сім) робочих днів з моменту підписання Сторонами Акту здачі приймання виконаних робіт форми КБ-2в і Довідки про вартість виконаних робіт з форми КБ-3. 4.2. Розрахунки за виконані роботи будуть здійснюватись проміжними платежами із урахуванням положень Загальних умов на підставі актів форми КБ-2в і довідки форми КБ-3, що приймаються в міру виконання робіт виключно по фактичному надходженню коштів на рахунок Замовника. 4.3. Підрядник визначає обсяги та вартість виконаних робіт, що підлягають оплаті, та готує відповідні документи і подає їх для підписання Замовнику до 20 числа звітного місяця. Замовник зобов’язаний підписати подані Підрядником документи, що підтверджують виконання робіт, або обґрунтувати причини відмови від їх підписання протягом 10 днів з дня одержання. Оплата виконаних робіт здійснюється протягом 7 робочих днів з дня підписання документів Замовником . 4.4. У разі виявлення невідповідності робіт, пред’явлених до оплати, вимогам будівельних норм і правил, завищення їх обсягів або неправильного застосування кошторисних норм, поточних цін, розцінок та інших помилок, що вплинули на ціну виконаних робіт, Замовник має право за участю Підрядника скоригувати суму, що підлягає сплаті. 4.4. Розрахунки за виконані роботи з Субпідрядниками здійснюються Підрядником. Кінцеві розрахунки проводяться на протязі 15 днів з дня підписання Акту приймання-передачі об’єкту в гарантійну експлуатацію. При кінцевих розрахунках Замовник утримує з Підрядника вартість робіт виконаних з недоробками та дефектами, що зафіксовані актом приймання-передачі.
