В ході проведення процедури закупівлі було виявлено допущену помилку в тендерній документації, яку відповідно до Закону на даному етапі неможливо усунути. В зв'язку із неможливістю усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з публічних закупівель Голова тендерного комітету Кочкіна 1.1, запропонувала відмінити торги відповідно до ч.І ст.31 Закону, «замовник відміняє торги у разі неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель».
