Покупець проводить розрахунки з Постачальником у відповідності до вимог ч. 1 ст.49 Бюджетного кодексу України за фактом отримання товару на умовах відстрочки платежу 14 календарних днів. У випадку затримки оплати товару Замовником, як бюджетною державною установою (через відсутність коштів на розрахунковому рахунку), Замовник зобов’язується провести оплату поставленого Постачальником товару протягом 10-ти банківських днів з дня надходження коштів на свій рахунок. Розрахунки за товар проводяться шляхом безготівкових розрахунків з рахунку Покупця на рахунок Постачальника після пред'явлення Постачальником рахунка на оплату товару та накладної.
