Розрахунки проводяться Замовником виключно Виконавцю після підписання Сторонами «Актів приймання виконаних будівельних робіт» (форма №КБ-2в) і «Довідок про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт та витрати» (форма №КБ-3), складених у відповідності з положенням чинних ДСТУ та СОУ, які складаються Виконавцем і подаються для підписання Замовнику не пізніше як за 5 робочих днів до кінця звітного місяця, або поетапної оплати Замовником наданих послуг. Попередня оплата може здійснюватись у межах 30%.
