У зв’язку з підписанням додаткової угоди №1 від 19.02.2019 до договору про закупівлю «Спеціалізована хімічна продукція (Реагент антиожеледний гранульований)» від 11.10.2018 №37-14.3/3-38, яка діє до 30.06.2019, враховуючи інформацію від служби-замовника (аеродромної служби), наявність залишків реагенту антиожеледного гранульованого у кількості 123 тон на складах підприємства та повного забезпечення реагентом антиожеледним матеріального резерву об’єктового рівня ДП МА «Бориспіль». Члени тендерного комітету вирішили: Торги на закупівлю «Спеціалізована хімічна продукція (Реагент антиожеледний гранульований на основі форміату натрію) (код ДК 021:2015 - 24950000-8)», відмінити на підставі абзацу 2 частини 1 статті 31 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" – відсутності подальшої потреби в закупівлі товарів, робіт і послуг.
