Після об’явлення тендеру на закупівлю електричної енергії у кількості 3100000кВт. на загальну суму 9 324 886,80грн.було встановлено, що у підприємства відсутня можливість фінансування закупівлі у вказаному об’ємі, тобто скоротилися видатки на здійснення закупівлі електричної енергії
