До вартості цінової пропозиції Учасник включає загальну вартість товару з урахуванням суми податків, зборів, обов’язкових платежів, матеріальних витрат, а також усіх інших витрат (у т. ч. доставка), які він може понести під час виконання своїх зобов’язань … за договором про закупівлю. Договір повинен бути укладений протягом 5 (п"яти) робочих днів з дати визначення Переможця. У випадку непідписання договору протягом зазначеного терміну, Замовник залишає за собою право анулювати Переможця. Поставка товару здійснюється протягом 5 робочих днів з дати укладення договору. Оплата вартості товару здійснюється Замовником після підписання видаткової накладної. Учасник повинен обов'язково прикріпити цінову пропозицію з конкретним найменуванням товару! Учасник, пропозиція якого за результатами аукціону або внаслідок відхилення пропозиції попереднього учасника визначена найбільш економічно вигідною, повинен протягом 1 (одного) робочого дня з дня настання відповідної події прикріпити на електронний майданчик оновлену цінову пропозицію, відкориговану відповідно до результатів аукціону.
