Explanation

Технічними вимогами Замовника (додаток 2 до оголошенням про поведення допорогової закупівлі) було передбачено, що витрата емалі ПФ-115 повинна складати 70-120 г/м2, а гарантійний термін зберігання 24 місяці. Відповідно до Технічних вимог, а також Цінової пропозиції ТОВ "Постач Роз Буд" від 27 квітня 2018 року №190-18 для участі у закупівлі останнім запропоновано емалі алкідні ПФ-115 ТМ "STAR PAINT" та ТМ "ЗЕБРА" (ТОВ ПП «ЗІП»). Згідно з інформацією, розміщеною на офіційному сайті виробника «zip.ua» норма витрати емалей алкідних ПФ-115 ТМ "STAR PAINT" складає 100-200 г/м2, ТМ "ЗЕБРА" – 80-180 г/м2 , а гарантійний термін зберігання емалей алкідних ПФ-115 ТМ "STAR PAINT" – 16 місяців. Враховуючи зазначене пропозиція ТОВ "Постач Роз Буд" не відповідає технічним вимогам Замовника до предмета закупівлі.
