існує потреба визнання такими, що не відбулись торгів на закупівлю послуг: технічне обслуговування автоматичних систем: пожежної сигналізації, пожежогасіння та димовидалення, послуги з ремонту і технічного обслуговування електричного і механічного устаткування будівель (код ДК 021:2015 - 50710000-5). На адресу тендерного комітету надійшла службова записка від начальника групи централізованого господарського обслуговування Калініченка О.П., в якій зазначено, що при підготовці технічних вимог до закупівлі технічне обслуговування автоматичних систем: пожежної сигналізації, пожежогасіння та димовидалення, послуги з ремонту і технічного обслуговування електричного і механічного устаткування будівель (код ДК 021:2015 - 50710000-5) було допущено помилки та не враховано ряд важливих факторів при обслуговуванні пожежної сигналізації, що може призвести до аварійної ситуації в закладах освіта та створенні небезпеки для учнів та вихованців закладів освіти. (службова записка додається). Відповідно частині 2 ст. 31 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» Замовник має право визнати торги такими, що не відбулися, якщо здійснення закупівлі стало неможливим унаслідок непереборної сили;.
