У зв’язку із цим, тендерний комітет повинен прийняти рішення щодо відсутності необхідності в завершенні даної закупівлі з укладанням Договору станом на 25.06.2018 року. Рішення про скасування закупівлі згідно частини 1 статті 31 Закону унеможливить завдання шкоди законним інтересам учасників закупівлі, внаслідок укладання Договору про закупівлю без необхідності у замовленні за результатами його укладання відповідних товарів, а також не призведе до неефективного використання бюджетних коштів
