Explanation

Відповідно до пункту 11.1 наказу ДП «Зовнішторгвидав України» від 13.04.2016 №35 «Про затвердження Порядку здійснення допорогових закупівель», скасувати Закупівлю може виключно Замовник із зазначенням аргументованих підстав прийняття такого рішення. Під час проведення процедури закупівлі виникла необхідність внесення змін до умов закупівлі та вимог до учасників процедури закупівлі. У зв’язку із закінченням періоду уточнень електронна система не дозволяє внесення змін до умов закупівлі. В зв’язку з цим, відповідно до пункту 11.1 наказу ДП «Зовнішторгвидав України» від 13.04.2016 №35 «Про затвердження Порядку здійснення допорогових закупівель» замовником прийнято рішення про скасування закупівлі
