До Замовника надійшов лист від Управління західного офісу держаудитслужби в Івано-Франківській області від 31.10.2017 №13-09-17-14/4482 та звернення Товариства з обмеженою відповідальністю «Будтех-Долина 2016» від 27.10.2017р № 01/27/10 у якому зазначено ряд зауважень щодо проведення процедури закупівлі «Реконструкція частини будівлі існуючої котельні під влаштування оздоровчого центру на вул. Грушевського, 26-Б в м. Долина Івано-Франківської області (ДСТУ Б.Д.1.1-1:2013)». Так як усунення зауважень на даному етапі проведення процедури є неможливим запропоновано відмітини торги по закупівлі по об’єкту: «Реконструкція частини будівлі існуючої котельні під влаштування оздоровчого центру на вул. Грушевського, 26-Б в м. Долина Івано-Франківської області (ДСТУ Б.Д.1.1-1:2013)» Ідентифікатор закупівлі UA-2017-09-29-000357-b відповідно до ч. 1. ст.31 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 №922-VIII у зв’язку із неможливістю усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель.
