Через технічні проблеми в роботі мережі Internet на підприємстві (поганий рівень сигналу провайдера), у Замовника не було можливості оприлюднити через авторизований електронний майданчики E-Tender на веб-порталі Уповноваженого органу протокол розгляду тендерних пропозицій, через це повідомлення про намір укласти договір не було автоматично направлено переможцю процедури закупівлі ТОВ «ЗНАКИ УА». Враховуючи те, що кінцевий строк розгляду тендерної пропозиції, яка за результатами оцінки визначена найбільш економічно вигідною пройшов (до 18.08.2017р.), у зв’язку з неможливістю усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель, слід відмінити торги на закупівлю направляючого пішохідного огородження, стійок направляючого пішохідного огородження відповідно до абзацу четвертого частини першої ст. 31 Закону «Порушення порядку оприлюднення оголошення про проведення процедури закупівлі, повідомлення про намір укласти договір, передбаченого цим Законом;»
