Згоду суб'єкта персональних даних на обробку та передачу його персональних даних відповідно до Додатку 2 до тендерної документації. 2. Не надано документів щодо права підпису уповноваженої особи. 3.Не підтверджено наявність досвіду аналогічних договорів відповідно до Додатку 2 до тендерної документації, а саме не надано довідку про виконання аналогічних договорів, копії аналогічних договорів та листи відгуки до договорів. 4. Не надано жодного документа відповідно до Додатку 3 до тендерної документації щодо підтвердження технічним, якісним та кількісним вимогам предмета закупівлі. 5. Не надано забезпечення тендерної пропозиції у вигляді банківської гарантії. 6. Не надано жодної інформації, відповідно до Файлів 6,7,8,9 тендерної документації. А тому дана пропозиція не відповідає вимогам замовника відповідно до статті 16 та 17 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" (далі - Закон) та тендерній документації.
