09.08.2017 отримано листа від Управління західного офісу держаудитслужби в Івано-Франківській області № 13-09-17-14/3425 про результати аналізу процедури закупівлі по об’єкту: «Нове будівництво зруйнованого пожежею Народного дому в селищі Верховина Івано-Франківської області» (ДСТУ Б.Д.1.1-1:2013), «Будівництво будівель ДК 021:2015 – 45210000-2» у якому зазначено ряд зауважень до проведення процедури закупівлі по згаданому об’єкту. Так як усунення зауважень на даному етапі проведення процедури є неможливим запропоновано відмінити торги Ідентифікатор закупівлі UA-2017-07-17-002009-b по об’єкту «Нове будівництво зруйнованого пожежею Народного дому в селищі Верховина Івано-Франківської області» (ДСТУ Б.Д.1.1-1:2013), «Будівництво будівель ДК 021:2015 – 45210000-2» відповідно до ч.1 статті 31 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» у зв’язку із неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель.
