Продавець гарантує, що паливо, яке відпускається по талонах на АЗС відповідає вимогам ДСТУ, ТУ. Покупець може на АЗС ознайомитися із сертифікатом відповідності або паспортом якості. Якщо Покупець вважає, що йому було відпущено неякісне паливо, тоді, при … наявності чека про відпустку палива на АЗС формується комісія із представників Покупця і Продавця для відбору проб палива й здійснення його лабораторного аналізу. У випадку, якщо в результаті лабораторного аналізу, буде встановлено, що паливо не відповідає ДСТ, ТУ, Продавець робить заміну неякісного палива на паливо належної якості протягом 1-го дня.
