При складанні технічної документації не було враховано наявність АЗС в інших областях, а також зміна ціни за умови, якщо Постачальник надасть належним чином оформлену довідку ДП «Держзовнішін форм» (рахунок середньо арифметичного значення ціни за наявними ціновими пропозиціями на постачання між мінімальним та максимальним значенням у роздрібній торгівлі), якою будуть підтверджені підстави для зміни ціни в період з даит проведення реверсивного аукціону до дати зміни такої ціни.
