Замовник дотримується порядку здійснення публічних закупівель, установленого ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі" та закуповує послуги з централізованого водовідведення за процедурою "Звіт про укладений договір" у зв"язку з тим, що вартість предмету закупівлі … перевищує 50 тисяч грн. та одночасно є меншою за 200 тис. грн. Закупівля здійснюється у природного монополіста, з врахуванням відсутності конкуренції ( у т.ч з технічних причин).
