ЗАМОВНИКОМ ВИЗНАЧЕНО ПЕРЕМОЖЦЕМ "ПРОГРЕС ПТЦ", за ціною 15500 грн., але в зв'язу з пропущеним строком, він не мав можливості прикріпити специфікацію з ціною, яка визначена найнижчою, після відхилення першого переможця. Якість і ціна запропонована "Прогрес ПТЦ" замовника влаштовувала повністю.
