Місце поставки Товару: Київська обл., м.Біла Церква, вул.Січневого прориву, 84. Покупець оплачує Товар, вартість якого зазначається в рахунку, наступним чином: - в розмірі 50% передоплатою протягом 5-ти робочих днів з дня одержання рахунка, шляхом … безготівкового перерахування коштів в національній валюті України на поточний рахунок Постачальника, який узгоджений Сторонами та зазначений в даному Договорі; - остаточний розрахунок здійснюється протягом 15 робочих днів після отримання Товару, але, в разі, якщо Постачальник є платником ПДВ, не раніше реєстрації податкових накладних на загальну (повну) вартість Товару.
