Умови поставки Товару: поставка здійснюється Продавцем одноразово відповідно до заявки, що подається Покупцем в межах строку, визначеного п.7.1 Договору. Заявка подається Покупцем засобом телефонного зв’язку або в письмовій формі, або електронною поштою … (на вибір Покупця). Номери телефонів, електронні адреси та адреси для подання заявки зазначені Сторонами у розділі 18 Договору. Поставка Товару відповідно до заявки Покупця здійснюється протягом 5 (п’яти) робочих днів з дати її отримання Продавцем. Оплата за Договором здійснюється Покупцем в безготівковій формі шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на банківський рахунок Продавця. Покупець здійснює оплату за належно поставлений Товар на підставі видаткової накладної (видаткових накладних) протягом 20 (двадцяти) робочих днів з дати її підписання Сторонами (з урахуванням положень постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 09 червня 2021 року № 590 «Про затвердження Порядку виконання повноважень Державною казначейською службою в особливому режимі в умовах воєнного стану»). Покупець має право на відстрочку платежу за поставлений Товар. У випадку затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок здійснюється протягом 7 (семи) робочих днів з дати отримання Покупцем грошових коштів на фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок. Оплата здійснюється через Державну казначейську службу України.
