Електрична енергія (09310000-5 – Електрична енергія)

Дана закупівля проводиться у відповідності до особливостей, які визначені постановою КМУ від 12.10.2022 року №1178. Період постачання: липень-грудень 2024 року. Ціни на електроенергію для Споживача повинні бути економічно обґрунтованими, прозорими, … недискримінаційними. Послуги з розподілу електричної енергії Споживач сплачує Оператору розподілу - АТ "ПОЛТАВАОБЛЕНЕРГО" - самостійно. Місце поставки електричної енергії - межа балансової належності електроустановок Споживача (заклади Споживача за адресами: смт Чорнухи, вул. Центральна, 49; с.Вороньки, вул. Перелета, 1; с.Кізлівка, провул. Шкільний, 2; с.Гільці, вул.Шкільна, 1; с.Мокіївка, вул.Центральна, 7а; с.Білоусівка, вул.Мележика, 52; смт Чорнухи, вул. Мележика, 15-А; смт Чорнухи, вул.Мележика, 10а). Поставка електроенергії - цілодобово. Умови оплати: Розрахунковим періодом є календарний місяць. Оплата спожитої електричної енергії здійснюється Споживачем за умови наявності бюджетного фінансування на підставі відповідного рахунка Постачальника, згідно акту прийому-передачі електричної енергії, підписаного обома Сторонами, шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника протягом 20-ти календарних днів після дати підписання акту прийому-передачі електроенергії з правом на відстрочку платежу, у разі виникнення обставин, що унеможливлюють проведення оплати у передбачений строк, протягом 10 календарних днів без права на претензію з боку Постачальника. Оплата за грудень 2024 року здійснюється до 25.12.2024 р. Споживач залишає за собою право на можливість зменшення обсягів закупівлі електричної енергії залежно від фактичних обсягів видатків та потреби без оплати будь-яких штрафних санкцій чи іншої фінансової компенсації Постачальнику. Істотні умови договору про закупівлю не можуть змінюватися після його підписання до виконання зобов'язань Сторонами в повному обсязі, крім випадків, визначених п.19 Особливостей.
