На виконання вимог абз. 1 п. 57 Постанови КМУ від 14.09.2020 року № 822 "Про затвердження Порядку формування та використання електронного каталогу" у даному електронному полі зазначається наступна інформація щодо умов оплати та поставки. Оплата за … поставлений Товар здійснюється Покупцем впродовж 15 (п’ятнадцяти) банківських днів з моменту отримання Товару на підставі належно оформлених первинних документів (товарно-транспортної накладної та/або видаткової накладної), наданих Постачальником при оформленні поставки. Характеристики Товару та їх допустимі значення визначено в межах специфікації товару, визначеної адміністратором електронного каталогу, відповідно до абзацу 2 пункту 12 Особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України «Про публічні закупівлі», на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування, затверджених постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 12.10.2022 № 1178.
