Бензин А-95 (Євро 5), дизпаливо (Євро 5) - за кодом ДК 021:2015 09130000-9 «Нафта і дистиляти»

1. Бензин А-95 (Євро 5) та Дизельне паливо (Євро 5) повинно постачатися Замовнику у талонах. 2.Учасник повинен мати розвинену мережу власних, орендованих та/або партнерських стаціонарних автозаправних станцій (далі – АЗС) в Тернопільській області (у … кожному районі) у м. Тернополі та по всій території України. 3. Форма відпуску товару: за талонами (по 10л) 4 Товар постачається окремими партіями згідно заявок Замовника 5. Граничний термін дії талонів має становити не менше 12 місяців від дня їх отримання. 6. Бензин А-95 повинен відповідати вимогам ДСТУ 7687:2015 «Бензини автомобільні Євро. Технічні умови» та/або Технічному регламенту щодо вимог до автомобільних бензинів, дизельного палива, суднового та котельного палива, затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 01.08.2013р. №927 ". Паливо дизельне повинно відповідати вимогам ДСТУ 7688:2015 «Паливо дизельне Євро. Технічні умови» та/або Технічному регламенту щодо вимог до автомобільних бензинів, дизельного палива, суднового та котельного палива, затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 01.08.2013р. №927 ". 7. Замовник здійснює оплату за поставлений товар упродовж 7 (сім) банківських днів з дати отримання товару та підписання Сторонами відповідної видаткової накладної.
