видача партії Товару Замовнику здійснюється на АЗС Учасника на умовах самостійного вивозу з мережі АЗС Учасника,Обсяг та строк поставки кожної конкретної партії Товару визначається у заявках, які узгоджуються Сторонами. Відпуск дизельного палива (партії … дизпалива) на АЗС здійснюється цілодобово в робочі, вихідні та святкові дні.Постачальник зобов’язаний надати Товар в строк, що вказаний в окремій заявці. З метою мінімізації витрат замовника, АЗС Учасника мають бути розташовані в межах адміністративної території Ананьївської міської територіальної громади , Подільського району, Одеської області.Розрахунок за фактично поставлений Товар здійснюється на підставі акту приймання-передачі Товару та видаткової накладної протягом 15 (п’ятнадцяти) робочих днів з дати підписання акту приймання-передачі Товару та видаткової накладної Сторонами
