Поставка товару : Паста томатна 25%, сорт вищий, 1 кг (банка скляна 0,480-0,500грам.) здійснюється ПОСТАЧАЛЬНИКОМ власним автотранспортом та за рахунок ПОСТАЧАЛЬНИКА, однією партією в повному обсязі у термін до 08.06.2024 року включно. В ціну товару … повинні входити пакування, фасування, транспортні послуги, навантаження, розвантаження, тара, податки, збори, та інші витрати. ПОСТАЧАЛЬНИК здійснює поставку товару на умовах DDP (згідно з Інкотермс 2010), за адресою: 62493, Харківська область, Харківський район, село Темнівка, вулиця Харківська, буд.3, Державна установа «Темнівська виправна колонія (№100)». Товар передається у тому асортименті, кількості, якості, які передбачено даним запитом цінової пропозиції. У випадку невідповідності Товару по кількості та якості, супровідним документам приймання Товару здійснюється у відповідності з: -Інструкцією «Про порядок прийняття продукції виробничо-технічного призначення та товарів народного споживання по кількості», що затверджена постановою Держарбітражу при Раді Міністрів СРСР від 15.06.1965 р. № П-6 - щодо кількості Товару; -Інструкцією «Про порядок прийняття продукції виробничо-технічного призначення й товарів народного споживання по якості», що затверджена постановою Держарбітражу при Раді Міністрів СРСР від 15.04.1966 р. № П-7- щодо якості Товару. Передача товару повинна супроводжуватися накладною та рахунком на оплату. Перехід права власності на товар відбувається в момент підписання Покупцем накладної (накладних). Під час укладення договору ПОСТАЧАЛЬНИК повинен надати перелік документів передбачений додатком №1 до проєкту договору. При здійсненні постачання товару ПОСТАЧАЛЬНИК повинен надати перелік документів , які підтверджують безпечність та якість товару передбачений додатком №2 до проєкту договору. Розрахунок проводиться шляхом безготівкового перерахування коштів на поточний рахунок ПОСТАЧАЛЬНИКА протягом 30 (тридцять) банківських днів з дати фактичної поставки товару та при наявності бюджетного фінансування. Післяоплата (100%).
