Постачальник власними силами, засобами та за власний рахунок відповідно до умов Договору зобов’язується здійснити поставку Товару протягом строку дії Договору, але в жодному разі не пізніше 30 календарних днів з моменту отримання від Покупця заявки щодо … поставки Товару. Поставка Товару здійснюється за адресою: Донецька обл., м. Дружківка, вул Короленка, 12. Оплата здійснюється Покупцем за фактично отриманий належної якості Товар, шляхом безготівкового переказу коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника, вказаний у Договорі, протягом 30 робочих (банківських) днів, відповідно до отриманих бюджетних асигнувань, згідно пред’явленого рахунку на оплату (інвойсу) та підписаної Сторонами відповідної видаткової накладної. Розрахунки за цим Договором здійснюються в національній валюті України
