Загальна очікувана вартість закупівлі … становить 216 000 грн. 00 коп. (двісті шістнадцять тисяч гривень 00 копійок) з урахуванням ПДВ. Місце поставки товару: Кількість товару: 40 тонн: Місце поставки: м. Київ, вул. Світлицького, 37 Строк поставки товару: до 01 жовтня 2024 року. Строк дії договору: до 31 грудня 2024 року. Порядок здійснення оплати: Замовник проводить оплату Товару за фактом його постачання на підставі рахунку-фактури та підписаних Учасником і Замовником видаткових накладних, шляхом перерахування безготівкових грошових коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника, в термін 15 робочих днів з дати отримання Товару. У разі відсутності або затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунки за поставлений товар здійснюється протягом 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетного фінансування на свій реєстраційний рахунок. Сторони при цьому досягли згоди, що відповідальність, передбачена статтею 625 Цивільного кодексу України не застосовуються.
