Якісні характеристики повинні відповідати загальноприйнятим нормам і стандартам для зазначеного предмета закупівлі. Товар, представлений постачальником, має відповідати вітчизняним та міжнародним стандартам якості. Товар повинен відповідати вимогам … Державних стандартів (ДСТУ) або Технічних умов (ТУ), які діють на території України. Товар повинен відповідати вимогам ДСТУ 7688:2015 Паливо дизельне Євро. Технічні умови. Учасник повинен забезпечити заправку дизельним паливом на АЗС в межах м. Запоріжжя (при наявності мережі АЗС в Вознесенівському районі міста Запоріжжя). Одна з АЗС повинна бути розташована на відстані не більше 5 кілометрів від місця знаходження Замовника: бул. Шевченка, 25, м. Запоріжжя, Вознесенівський район, 69001. Талони/скретч-картки повинні бути номіналом 10 літрів та/або 15 літрів та/або 20 літрів. Термін дії довірчих документів (талонів (скретч-карток)) повинен бути не менше 12 місяців з дня їх отримання Покупцем з обов’язковим продовженням терміну дії (в разі їх неповного використання). Постачання талонів (скретч-карток) відбувається протягом 3 (трьох) робочих днів з дати підписання Договору. Талони/скретч-картки повинні діяти на всіх АЗС, на яких є обов’язкова гарантована можливість заправки по талонах/скретч-картках, наданих Постачальником. У разі пошкодження або втрати картки на пальне Замовником нова картка на пальне надається Постачальником безкоштовно протягом 48 годин з часу отримання відповідного письмового повідомлення. Покупець, у будь-який час, обмінює талони/скретч-картки, термін дії яких сплив, на аналогічні з незакінченим строком дії без додаткової за це оплати або продовжує термін використання наявних у Покупця талонів/скретч-карток. Гарантійний строк отримання Товару - безстроково з моменту отримання Покупцем талонів/скретч-карток. Розрахунки за Товар (партію Товару) Покупець здійснює протягом 2 (двух) банківських днів з дати підписання Сторонами відповідної видаткової накладної на Товар.
