Пелюшки одноразові для дорослих 60 х 90 № 30 - 96 упаковок (2880 шт) ПОКУПЕЦЬ здійснює оплату за отриманий Товар (його партію) шляхом перерахування коштів на розрахунковий рахунок ПОСТАЧАЛЬНИКА протягом 10 (десяти) календарних днів з моменту поставки … Товару. Датою поставки Товару є дата підписання видаткових накладних представником ПОКУПЦЯ. ПОСТАЧАЛЬНИК за власний рахунок зобов’язується поставити згідно заявок ПОКУПЦЯ Товар – у строк до 31 грудня 2024 року, в асортименті, кількості та за ціною, які зазначені у Специфікації (Додаток № 1), що додається до цього Договору і є його невід’ємною частиною, за адресою: 37500, Україна, Полтавська область, місто Лубни, вулиця В’ячеслава Чорновола, будинок 18-А, а ПОКУПЕЦЬ зобов’язується прийняти цей Товар та оплатити його згідно з умовами Договору. Ціна Товару визначається з урахуванням податків і зборів, що сплачуються або мають бути сплачені, витрат на постачання до місця поставки ПОКУПЦЯ, сплату митних тарифів та усіх інших витрат. Ціна на Товар встановлюється в національній валюті України.
