Місце отримання Товару Замовником: скретч-картки/ талони(бланки– дозволів внутрішнього обігу на відпуск Товару) повинні бути поставлені за адресою Замовника до 30 червня 2024 року. Відпуск Палива має здійснюватися на АЗС Постачальника які повинні бути … розташовані від місце розташування Замовника у радіусі 10 км від селища Онуфріївка, Онуфірївський р-н, Кіровоградська обл. Також додатково Постачальник повинен мати не менше 2 заправних станцій в межах Кіровоградської області на яких може бути здійснений відпуск пального для Замовника. Перелік АЗС Постачальника на яких буде здійснюватися відпуск товару Замовнику зазначений в Додатку 2 до цього Договору. Учасник зобов’язується відповідно до умов, зазначених в Договорі, передати Замовнику Товар на АЗС Учасника з використанням скретч-карток/ талонів (бланків – дозволів внутрішнього обігу на відпуск Товару)
