Спосіб постачання товару: Постачальник зобов’язаний передати Замовнику товар, номенклатура, асортимент, кількість і якість якої відповідає умовам Договору та вимогам чинного законодавства України. Доставка товару здійснюється силами і за рахунок … Постачальника протягом двох робочих днів з моменту отримання заявки. Після погодження заявки на постачання Товару Замовник зобов’язаний погодити з Постачальником дату, час прибуття до місця поставки, його представників для прийняття і одержання товару. Умови оплати товару: Замовник здійснює оплату в розмірі 100% від загальної вартості товару протягом 30 календарних днів після поставки товару. Оплата здійснюється шляхом перерахування коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника.
