Товар, який поставляється Постачальником, не повинен бути походженням з Російської Федера-ції/Республіки Білорусь/Ісламської Республіки Іран. Для перевірки цієї інформації, з врахуванням пп.3 п.64 вимог Постанови кабінету міністрів України від 14.09.2020 … року №822 «Про затвердження Порядку формування та використання електронного каталогу», на момент укладання Договору Постачальником надається довідка(и) про походження товару отримана від виробника або представника, дилера, дистри-б'ютора (уповноваженого на це виробником, якщо їх відповідні повноваження (надати копію повнова-жень представника, або дилера, або дистриб'ютора) поширюються на територію України), на запропонований Товар згідно Технічної специфікації пропозиції Учасника в електронній системі закупівель за кожною позицією специфікації. Довідка повинна містити: назву Замовника, номер оголошення про закупівлю та кількість товару.. Умови доставки та оплати: - Строк (термін) поставки (передачі) товарів: по 31 грудня 2024 року. Встановлюється до 1-го робочого дня після отримання заявки від Замовника з дотриманням вимог транспортування та зберігання. Постачання здійснюється згідно з найменуваннями, зазначеними у Специфікації договору і має бути виконано . Поставка товару на весь замовлений обсяг здійснюється однією партією. Місце поставки (передачі) товарів: 61029, м. Харків, вул. Краснодарська, 104. Поставка товару здійснюється до місць використання товару. Навантажувально-розвантажувальні роботи та підйом товару до вказаного Замовником поверху здійснюється за рахунок Постачальника. - Умови оплати договору (порядок здійснення розрахунків) – оплата після події – поставка товару; тип оплати – післяплата; період (днів) – 30; тип днів – календарні; розмір оплати, % - 100.
