Пластир бактерицидний водостійкий 2,54 х 7,62 на ПВХ основі № 100 - 300 упаковок ( 30000 шт) Ціна Товару визначається з урахуванням податків і зборів, що сплачуються або мають бути сплачені, витрат на постачання до місця поставки ПОКУПЦЯ, сплату митних … тарифів та усіх інших витрат. Ціна на Товар встановлюється в національній валюті України. ПОКУПЕЦЬ здійснює оплату за отриманий Товар (його партію) шляхом перерахування коштів на розрахунковий рахунок ПОСТАЧАЛЬНИКА протягом 10 (десяти) календарних днів з моменту поставки Товару. Датою поставки Товару є дата підписання видаткових накладних представником ПОКУПЦЯ. ПОСТАЧАЛЬНИК за власний рахунок зобов’язується поставити згідно заявок ПОКУПЦЯ Товар – у строк до 31 грудня 2024 року, в асортименті, кількості та за ціною, які зазначені у Специфікації (Додаток № 1), що додається до цього Договору і є його невід’ємною частиною, за адресою: 37500, Україна, Полтавська область, місто Лубни, вулиця В’ячеслава Чорновола, будинок 18-А, а ПОКУПЕЦЬ зобов’язується прийняти цей Товар та оплатити його згідно з умовами Договору.
