Поставка Товару Постачальником здійснюється разовою партією або окремими партіями - в залежності від поточних потреб Покупця. Сума Договору включає вартість Товару та всі витрати Постачальника, пов’язані з виконанням цього Договору, в тому числі його … пакування, доставку, вантажно-розвантажувальні роботи та занесення в складське приміщення Покупця. Оплата за переданий (поставлений) Товар проводиться Покупцем по факту поставки Товару на підставі рахунуку/рахунку-фактури та видаткової накладної протягом 15 (п’ятнадцяти) робочих днів з дня фактичного отримання Покупцем Товару, за умови наявності коштів на рахунку Покупця у Держказначейській службі України. Постачальник зобов’язан передати одночасно з Товаром передбачені чинним законодавством та виробником приналежності та документи (технічний паспорт, сертифікат відповідності тощо), що стосуються Товару.
