Поставка ТОВАРУ проводиться партіями протягом строку дії Договору тільки на підставі наданої письмової рознарядки ПОКУПЦЯ. ПОСТАЧАЛЬНИК здійснює поставку ТОВАРУ на умовах DAP/DDP відповідно до «ІНКОТЕРМС» у редакції 2020 року. Строк поставки ТОВАРУ … протягом 15 (п'ятнадцяти) календарних днів з моменту надання письмової рознарядки ПОКУПЦЕМ. (поставка товару щоденно до 9 год. ранку в кількості за погодженим графіком підрозділу). Місце поставки ТОВАРУ: м.Львів, (згідно рознарядки ПОКУПЦЯ ) Оплата за кожну партію поставленого ТОВАРУ за цим Договором проводиться ПОКУПЦЕМ на 15-й календарний день.
