Учасник (Постачальник) повинен мати розгалужену систему АЗС (власних, орендованих, партнерських) по всій Україні. Обов’язкова наявність АЗС у м. Дніпро, в Донецькій та Сумській областях, на яких можна здійснити розрахунок талонами, виданими Учасником … (Постачальником). Ця умова зазначена окремим пунктом (п.6.3.3) у проекті договору. Талони мають бути єдиного зразка для всієї мережі АЗС, яка заявлена Учасником (Постачальником), номіналом 10 л та 20 л. Талони повинні мати термін дії не менше 12 місяців з дня їх видачі Замовнику (Покупцю) з можливістю за погодженням сторін подовження терміну дії талонів на термін не менше одного місяця.
