Строк (термін) поставки Товару не пізніше двох календарних днів з моменту отримання замовлення/заявки на Товар. Поставка Товару здійснюється партіями або у обсязі 100 % зазначеної Замовником позиції товару згідно Специфікації у замовленні, але в будь … якому разі до 31.12.2024 р., або до повного виконання сторонами договірних зобов’язань. Оплата за Товар здійснюється протягом 10 (десяти) календарних днів від дня отримання Товару Замовником. У разі затримки фінансування, розрахунок за поставлений товар здійснюється протягом 10 календарних днів з дати отримання Замовником фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок. Якість товару повинна відповідати розділу ІІ проекту Договору.
