Молоко коров'яче, пастеризоване, 2,5%, 1кг Поставка Товару здійснюється за адресою Замовника: м. Суми, вул. Ковпака, 20. Постачальник здійснює поставку Товару щоденно, згідно з Заявкою на поставку, яка подається Замовником щомісяця протягом дії цього … Договору за формою, наведеною в Додатку №2 до Договору. Поставка товару здійснюється транспортом Постачальника виключно спеціалізованими автомобілями із додержанням температурного режиму відповідно до вимог Правил перевезення вантажів автомобільним транспортом в Україні. Навантаження, доставка та розвантаження товару на місці призначення (склад Замовника) здійснюється Постачальником і входить до ціни товару. Розрахунки за кожну поставлену партію товару здійснюються в безготівковій формі протягом 14 календарних днів з моменту підписання накладної на партію товару за умови своєчасного надходження коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Замовника.
