1. Якість Товару повинна відповідати діючим в Україні Держстандартам і підтверджуватися відповідним документом при поставці. 2. Поставка нафтопродуктів Замовнику здійснюється за узгодженням сторін у формі довірчих документів, бланків дозволів … (скрейч-картки та / або талони) номіналом по 10л. та/або 15л. та/або 20л. 3. Термін дії (скрейч-картки та / або талони) – не менше 12 (дванадцяти) місяців. 4. Відпуск Товару Замовнику здійснюється по довірчим документам (скрейч-картки та / або талони) на АЗС Постачальника в м. Житомир. 5. Наявність АЗС на відстані до 5 км від місця розміщення Замовника (м. Житомир, вул. Покровська, 37) (бажано). 6. Постачальник повинен мати можливість видачі (скрейч-картки та / або талони) на всю заявлену кількість дизельного палива.
