Поставка партії товарів Постачальником Покупцю здійснюється протягом 2 (двох) робочих днів з моменту узгодження Сторонами заявки. Покупець зобов’язаний оплатити вартість отриманих товарів протягом 10 (десяти) робочих днів з дати виконання Постачальником … поставки. Спосіб (умови) поставки товарів: DDP «Поставка зі сплатою мита» (місце поставки: Київська обл., Фастівський р-н, м. Боярка, Центральний склад), згідно Офіційних правил тлумачення торговельних термінів Міжнародної Торгової Палати ІНКОТЕРМС, (редакція 2010 року). З метою забезпечення рівних умов щодо оцінки для всіх постачальників, постачальник, незалежно від його форми оподаткування, вносить в електронну систему закупівель інформацію про ціну його пропозиції без врахування ПДВ. Під час укладання договору про закупівлю ПДВ буде нараховуватися відповідно до діючого законодавства України.
