Кінцевий строк поставки товарів: 31.12.2024 Умови постаки: Постачальник повинен мати розширену мережу автозаправних станцій (власних, орендованих, партнерських) на території України. … Постачальник повинен забезпечити безперебійну заправку автомобілів Покупця по обліковим карткам (талонам) на АЗС, які розташовані в радіусі не більше 2 км від виробничої бази Покупця: вул. Лютнева, 58 м. Київ (хоча б одна АЗС) та по всій території України (наявність АЗС в кожній області, перелік АЗС зазначений в додатку 2 до Договору, крім тимчасово окупованих територій). При укладанні договору Покупець залишає за собою право на отримання від Постачальника підтвердження розташування хоча б однієї АЗС в радіусі не більше 2 км від виробничої бази Покупця: вул. Лютнева, 58 м. Київ та копії підтверджуючих документів щодо права власності (оренди, користування тощо) щодо АЗС, на яких планується видача палива Покупцю. Термін дії талонів повинен бути не менше як 12 місяців з моменту їх отримання Покупцем Розрахунки між Покупцем та Постачальником здійснюються в безготівковій формі шляхом перерахування коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника протягом 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів після підписання Сторонами Видаткової накладної. Відпуск пального повинен здійснюватися відповідно до платіжних талонів, безпосередньо на стаціонарних АЗС з дотриманням порядку визначеного правилами роздрібної торгівлі нафтопродуктами затвердженими наказом КМУ від 20.12.97 N 1442. Оплата Товару проводиться на підставі видаткових накладних, оформлених належним чином.
